Failure to Convert Personnel to Modern Technologies

Ideally, you can show them the benefits and get them enthused about them. Even if they are not enthused, everyone in your organization who you intend to use the technology must do so.

Monitoring data and development can appear tedious and unnecessary, especially when you are personally monitoring your staff and firm. However, keep in mind that monitoring the data on your new technology is the most efficient approach to track progress toward your goals.
